General Questions/New to Joomla! 4.x • JCE Editor (file browser) - You don't have permission to access this. Please contact..

I've recently installed Joomla 5 and tried to access the file browser in JCE Editor but I get this message:

You don't have permission to access this. Please contact a website administrator if this is incorrect.

I looked through the JCE permissions in Global Configuration but everything seems in order...

I would welcome any suggestions as to what I should try next.
